I had some good time on the road bike yesterday without any pain in the ribs,three hours and a 100 k day so I'm happy I can medicate and get the saddle time in.
Rain for today and most of the week means I may be getting wet on some rides which I don't mind as long as there is no lightning.

I opted for a short run yesterday. I'd still like to get some saddle time in this week though, but I'm days until Friday. Any interest in a ride on Sunday? Tiffany has a baby shower to go to. Those ribs will be fine. Start thinkin' 24/9!
Sunday is good for me ! I would like to see if Tony and Higgy can make it. You can hang with us alright.
Heal those ribs up Howie, i took a handle bar to the sternum once, that took awhile to get better. Hang in there Brutha!
